The North American Division Office of Education and the General Conference Faith and Science Council, in cooperation with the GC GeoScience Institute is offering a 2017 summer conference on Affirming Creation.
This subject is an important topic in our church today. If you have an interest in a deeper dialog regarding this relevant topic, I encourage you to plan on attending. We are inviting specialists, theologians, and scientists to make presentations. Please plan on joining us!

Plan on arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 6, 2017
We will provide transportation from the airport to St. George, Utah that afternoon or evening. The meetings begin Thursday July 6, 2017 and you will be transported back to Las Vegas on Friday morning July 14, 2017.
There will be sessions on creation/evolution, philosophy of science, geology, theology and paleontology. We will have two field trips, one to the north rim of the Grand Canyon and one to Zion National Park to see and understand the geology of the area as it relates to the age of the earth.
You are responsible for airfare to and from Las Vegas, Nevada and the organizers will provide food, lodging, entrance fees, and ground transportation.
